IATSE Canada in partnership with ENCORE, with the generous support of the Canada Performing Arts Workers Resilience Fund, is excited to offer Delivering World Class Service.

Course description: By comparing service delivery to a performance, we discuss key elements to making a great stage performance including preparation, getting into costume, having the right mindset, developing rapport, improvising when things don’t go to plan and the importance of the last scene in creating good reviews. The goal is the consistent delivery of a quality service experience to our customers.
