We are here to listen.

Crisis Workers are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our goal is to help you work out some effective ways of addressing your immediate difficulties and to connect you to services that can offer ongoing support.

We encourage self-referrals so that we can hear directly from people about what they are going through.

Low-income energy assistance program

The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) provides a one-time financial assistance grant to low-income customers who are struggling to pay their electricity bill. Contact us for additional information about the program, and, where applicable, to be directed to the appropriate agency.

Ontario Electricity Support Program

Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) / Arrears Management Program (AMP) The Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) provides ongoing monthly credits directly on the bills of eligible low-income customers.

Telehealth Ontario

Telehealth Ontario is a free, confidential service you can call to get health advice or information. A Registered Nurse will take your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
